In the presence of Egypt's Prime Minister, Tatweer Misr launched IL Monte Galala Marina Towers with EGP 50 billion in investments in Ain Sokhna.
At the Cabinet headquarters, Egypt's Prime Minister witnessed the official launch of IL Monte Galala Marina Towers by Tatweer Misr. Representing a landmark investment of over EGP 50 billion (USD 1 billion), the project spans 470,000 square meters of built-up area in Ain Sokhna. The waterfront development includes ten towers housing 2,600 serviced residences, an international marina with 150 yacht berths, and conference facilities, developed in collaboration with leading global operators including Marriott International and IGY Marinas.
